Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA8, or Annexin A8, is a member of the annexin protein family, characterized by its calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding properties. It plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, signal transduction, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. The study of ANXA8 and its recombinant protein has garnered interest due to its potential implications in cancer biology and neurodegenerative diseases. Elevated levels of ANXA8 have been observed in certain cancer types, suggesting its role in tumorigenesis and progression. Furthermore, its involvement in apoptotic processes highlights its potential as a therapeutic target. The recombinant expression of ANXA8 provides an invaluable tool for investigating its biochemical functions and interactions within cellular pathways. By producing and characterizing ANXA8 in a controlled setting, researchers can ascertain its structural properties and functional mechanisms, ultimately contributing to the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. This research not only enhances our understanding of annexin family proteins but also paves the way for exploring their roles in human disease, making ANXA8 a significant focus within the broader context of molecular and cellular biology.
