Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANXA7, or Annexin A7, is a member of the annexin family of proteins, known for their capacity to bind phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner. This protein has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its diverse roles in various cellular processes, including membrane trafficking, calcium signaling, and cell proliferation. Alterations in ANXA7 expression and function have been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, which underscores its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Research has also shown that ANXA7 may be involved in the regulation of exocytosis and endocytosis, processes critical for neurotransmitter release and synaptic plasticity. Given its multifunctional properties, the production of recombinant ANXA7 protein is essential for advancing our understanding of its biological functions and mechanisms. By generating this protein, researchers can probe its interactions with other cellular components, elucidate its role in disease processes, and explore its potential in drug development. The ongoing study of ANXA7 reaffirms its relevance in cell biology, offering promising avenues for therapeutic interventions.
