稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AFAP1 (Actin Filament-Associated Protein 1) is an essential cytoskeletal protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell motility, adhesion, and signal transduction. Research into AFAP1 has garnered interest due to its role in actin dynamics and its potential implications in cancer progression and metastasis. Alterations in AFAP1 expression and functionality have been linked to several malignancies, suggesting that it may serve as a biomarker for tumor progression and a potential therapeutic target. The protein is known to interact with other key signaling molecules, which makes it integral to the regulation of cellular structures and functions. Furthermore, studies have revealed that AFAP1 may play a role in modulating the activities of growth factors and cytokines, thereby influencing cell behavior in both normal and pathological settings. Understanding the mechanisms of AFAP1's action, including its regulation and interaction with the cytoskeleton, can provide deeper insights into its contributions to cell biology and disease. As a result, the development and characterization of recombinant AFAP1 proteins have become a focal point for elucidating its functions, offering the potential to uncover novel therapeutic approaches in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine.
