Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOSTRIN (Nitric Oxide Synthase Trafficking Intermediate Protein) is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of nitric oxide (NO) signaling and vascular homeostasis. Research has shown that NOSTRIN is involved in the trafficking and localization of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), which is paramount for proper endothelial function and vascular relaxation. Its ability to interact with other key proteins and influence various signaling pathways highlights its importance in cardiovascular health. Abnormalities in NOSTRIN expression or function have been linked to a range of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, atherosclerosis, and ischemia. Given its pivotal role in NO signaling, NOSTRIN has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for cardiovascular interventions. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant production of NOSTRIN to elucidate its structure-function relationships, explore its binding mechanisms with eNOS, and assess its impact on nitric oxide production. By generating recombinant NOSTRIN proteins, researchers aim to facilitate biochemical assays and structural studies that could pave the way for the development of novel pharmacological strategies to modulate nitric oxide signaling in cardiovascular diseases. Insights gained from these studies can provide valuable information for the therapeutic manipulation of NO pathways and improve our understanding of vascular pathophysiology.
