Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AASDHPPT (L-amino acid dehydrogenase phosphatase and pyruvate transaminase) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential applications in biochemistry and biotechnology. This enzyme plays a crucial role in amino acid metabolism, specifically in the conversion of L-amino acids into corresponding keto acids, thereby influencing various metabolic pathways. The study of AASDHPPT is important not only for understanding its biochemical functions but also for its implications in health, such as in metabolic disorders and diseases linked to amino acid imbalances. Researchers have focused on the recombination of this protein to enhance its stability, activity, and applicability in different industrial processes, including pharmaceuticals, food technology, and environmental bioremediation. Advances in recombinant DNA technology and protein engineering have enabled the production of this enzyme with improved properties, increasing its utility for practical applications. By exploring AASDHPPT at the molecular level, scientists aim to unlock new avenues for therapeutic interventions and innovative biotechnological solutions, making it a focal point of research in the fields of metabolic engineering and enzyme technology.
