Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRELID3B, a member of the PRELI (PRELI domain containing) protein family, has garnered significant attention in molecular biology and biochemistry due to its potential roles in cellular processes. Research has shown that PRELID3B is involved in mitochondrial dynamics and is essential for the proper functioning of these organelles. Mitochondria play a crucial role in energy production, apoptosis, and cellular metabolism, making the study of proteins like PRELID3B vital for understanding various biological processes and diseases. Previous studies have linked PRELID3B to lipid metabolism and mitochondrial biogenesis, indicating its importance in maintaining mitochondrial integrity and function. Furthermore, alterations in mitochondrial dynamics are associated with several pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and metabolic disorders. Understanding the structure and function of PRELID3B could provide insights into its regulatory mechanisms and therapeutic potentials. Thus, the study of PRELID3B and its recombinant protein forms is fundamental for elucidating its biological roles and potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. Identifying interacting partners and downstream effects of PRELID3B will contribute to a deeper understanding of mitochondrial regulation and its implications in health and disease.
