Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein H2 (HNRNPH2) is a crucial component of the cellular machinery involved in RNA processing and regulation. This protein is part of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) family, which plays significant roles in pre-mRNA splicing, mRNA stability, and transport, as well as in the regulation of gene expression. Research has shown that HNRNPH2 is involved in various biological processes, including responses to stress and modulation of key pathways associated with cell growth and differentiation. Abnormal expression or malfunction of HNRNPH2 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The study of recombinant HNRNPH2 protein serves as a valuable tool for understanding its precise roles in RNA metabolism and investigating its interactions with other RNA-binding proteins and cellular factors. Through structural and functional analyses of the recombinant protein, researchers can elucidate the mechanisms underlying HNRNPH2’s involvement in essential cellular processes and explore its implications in disease pathology. This research not only advances our understanding of RNA biology but also opens avenues for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at diseases associated with HNRNPH2 dysregulation.
