  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ALPK1 (alpha-kinase 1) is a relatively novel member of the alpha-kinase family, which has garnered attention due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and diseases. Research has indicated that ALPK1 is involved in a range of biological functions, including cellular stress responses, cytoskeletal organization, and immune system modulation. Abnormal regulation of ALPK1 has been associated with conditions like cancer and inflammatory diseases, making it a target of interest for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant expression of ALPK1 protein facilitates its functional analysis and characterization, allowing for a deeper understanding of its biological roles and mechanisms. By producing ALPK1 in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its enzyme activity, structural properties, and interactions with other cellular components. Furthermore, recombinant ALPK1 can be utilized in high-throughput screening assays to identify potential small molecule inhibitors or modulators, paving the way for novel treatment strategies. Overall, the study of ALPK1 recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our understanding of its role in health and disease, and it holds promise for future therapeutic developments.
