稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Lymphocyte antigen 6H (LY6H) is a member of the LY6 gene family, which plays a pivotal role in immune responses and cell signaling. The interest in LY6H has surged due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including immune regulation, cancer progression, and neurological disorders. Research has indicated that LY6H is expressed in lymphoid tissues and certain tumors, suggesting its involvement in hematopoietic differentiation and immune modulation. The recombinant protein of LY6H is crucial for studying its structure-function relationships and understanding its biological mechanisms. Additionally, it holds promise as a potential diagnostic biomarker or therapeutic target in diseases where LY6H expression is altered. The production of LY6H as a recombinant protein allows for detailed investigations into its role in cell interactions, signaling pathways, and potential therapeutic applications. This research is foundational for further exploring LY6H's contributions to immune system functioning and its potential exploitation in clinical settings.
