稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MANSC1 (Mannosyl-oligosaccharide 1,2-α-mannosidase C1) is a crucial enzyme involved in the processing of glycoproteins within the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. Its primary function is to trim high-mannose oligosaccharides from glycoproteins, playing a significant role in protein maturation, folding, and quality control. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of MANSC1 in various biological processes, including immune response, cell signaling, and disease mechanisms, such as cancer and congenital disorders. The exploration of MANSC1 recombinant protein has garnered interest due to its potential applications in biotechnology and medicine, such as the development of therapeutic proteins and targeted drug delivery systems. Furthermore, understanding its structure and function can provide insights into glycosylation pathways and their implications in health and disease. The recombinant production of MANSC1 facilitates detailed functional studies, enabling researchers to investigate its interactions with substrates and inhibitors while establishing its role in glycoprotein biosynthesis and degradation. Overall, the research on MANSC1 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also offers avenues for novel therapeutic strategies and biotechnological innovations.
