Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Nectin-4 is a member of the Nectin family of cell adhesion molecules and plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, adhesion, and proliferation. It is predominantly expressed in epithelial tissues and is involved in maintaining tissue integrity. Recent studies have highlighted Nectin-4's significance in cancer biology, particularly its overexpression in several cancer types, such as breast, ovarian, and lung cancers. This overexpression is often associated with poor prognosis, making Nectin-4 a potential biomarker for tumor progression and a promising target for immunotherapy. The development of Nectin-4 recombinant proteins aims to facilitate the study of its structure and function, as well as to explore therapeutic avenues, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Moreover, the use of Nectin-4 as a target in precision medicine showcases its potential to improve treatment efficacy and specificity in cancer therapies. Thus, understanding Nectin-4 through the production and characterization of its recombinant forms is essential for advancing cancer research and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
