Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CKLFSF8, a member of the CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing family, has garnered increasing attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including immune response, cellular signaling, and tissue development. Research indicates that CKLFSF8 may play a critical role in regulating lymphocyte functions and mediating inflammatory responses, making it a candidate for studying autoimmune diseases and cancer immunology. Its unique structure, characterized by a transmembrane domain and a putative role in cell-cell interactions, suggests that CKLFSF8 could be involved in the maintenance of cellular homeostasis and tissue integrity. Current studies are focused on the expression patterns of CKLFSF8 in different cell types and under various physiological conditions to elucidate its functional significance. Understanding the mechanisms underlying CKLFSF8's activity could provide insights into novel therapeutic approaches for diseases associated with dysregulated immune responses. The exploration of CKLFSF8 as a recombinant protein enables researchers to study its functional properties in vitro and in vivo, paving the way for potential applications in immunotherapy and regenerative medicine.
