Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADAM19, a member of the ADAM (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase) family, has garnered significant interest in biomedical research due to its role in various physiological and pathological processes. This membrane-anchored protein is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling, playing critical roles in embryogenesis and tissue remodeling. Dysregulation of ADAM19 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer, where it may facilitate tumor progression and metastasis by modulating the tumor microenvironment. Additionally, ADAM19 has been implicated in inflammatory responses and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant ADAM19 protein allows for in-depth studies of its structure-function relationships and biological activities. By utilizing advanced techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, researchers can generate ADAM19 in suitable expression systems, enabling extensive functional assays and investigations into its role in disease mechanisms. Understanding the molecular dynamics of ADAM19 and its interactions with other cellular components can contribute to the development of novel interventions, particularly in cancer therapy and inflammatory diseases, marking it as a promising candidate for further exploration in translational research.
