Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-A*02:01, β2-microglobulin (B2M), and NY-ESO-1 (SLLMWITQV) monomer recombinant proteins is situated at the intersection of immunology and cancer therapy. HLA-A*02:01 is a prevalent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule, crucial for the presentation of peptide antigens to T cells, thereby initiating immune responses. NY-ESO-1, a cancer/testis antigen, is expressed in various tumors but not in normal tissues, making it an attractive target for immune-based therapies. The specific peptide SLLMWITQV, derived from NY-ESO-1, is a well-characterized epitope recognized by HLA-A*02:01-restricted cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). The recombinant expression of this monomeric complex allows researchers to investigate the structural and functional dynamics of T cell recognition, immune evasion by tumors, and potential therapeutic interventions. Understanding how the HLA-A*02:01-B2M-NY-ESO-1 complex functions can provide insights into the design of vaccines and adoptive T cell therapies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity. This research addresses vital questions about peptide-HLA interactions, contributing to the development of personalized immunotherapy strategies for patients with NY-ESO-1 expressing tumors.
