Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of GPLD1 recombinant proteins has gained significant interest due to their potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. GPLD1, or glycosylphosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase D1, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the metabolism of glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored proteins and lipid signaling pathways. Research has indicated that GPLD1 is involved in immune responses, neurodegeneration, and several cancers, as it can modulate cellular signaling and influence cell proliferation, migration, and apoptosis. The recombinant expression of GPLD1 allows researchers to investigate its functional properties and interactions at a molecular level, enabling a better understanding of its physiological role and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, recombinant GPLD1 can be utilized in the development of biosensors and diagnostic tools, providing insights into the progression of diseases associated with dysregulated lipid signaling. Thus, the exploration of GPLD1 recombinant proteins holds promise for both basic research and clinical applications, paving the way for new strategies in treating related conditions.
