稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BLNK (Bcell linker protein) is crucial in B cell receptor signaling and immune response modulation. Research into BLNK recombinant proteins has intensified due to their potential applications in understanding immune disorders and developing therapies for autoimmune diseases and cancers. BLNK acts as a scaffold that facilitates the interaction between various signaling molecules, leading to the activation of downstream pathways essential for B cell development and function. Its dysregulation is linked to various pathologies, including B cell tumors and immunodeficiencies. By studying recombinant BLNK proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms underlying B cell signaling pathways and to identify potential therapeutic targets. The generation of these proteins allows for the exploration of BLNK's structural and functional characteristics, which can provide insights into disease mechanisms and the development of novel immunotherapies. Moreover, recombinant BLNK proteins can serve as valuable tools for drug screening and validation of promising therapeutic candidates. Overall, the investigation of BLNK recombinant proteins is crucial in advancing the understanding of B cell biology and addressing significant health challenges related to the immune system.
