稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Integrin alpha A1 beta 1, a member of the integrin family, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, signaling, and communication within the extracellular matrix. This heterodimeric protein is composed of an alpha A1 subunit and a beta 1 subunit, which together facilitate interactions between cells and the surrounding matrix components, influencing numerous physiological processes, including tissue development, immune responses, and wound healing. The study of integrin alpha A1 beta 1 is particularly significant due to its implications in various pathologies, including fibrosis and cancer metastasis, where aberrant integrin signaling can lead to altered cell behavior and disease progression. Recombinant protein technology has emerged as a powerful tool for investigating the structure-function relationships of integrins, enabling the production of functional integrin alpha A1 beta 1 for biochemical assays, structural studies, and potential therapeutic applications. By understanding how this integrin mediates cell-matrix interactions, researchers aim to identify novel strategies for modulating integrin activity, which could lead to innovative treatments for diseases involving integrin dysregulation. This research not only enhances our fundamental understanding of cell biology but also paves the way for advancements in targeted therapies and regenerative medicine.
