Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACMSD (Amino Cyclopropane Carboxylic Acid Metabolizing Enzyme) is a crucial enzyme involved in the metabolism of amino acids and plays a significant role in various biological processes, including plant growth and stress responses. Recent studies have indicated that ACMSD is not only pivotal in regulating amino acid levels but also serves as a potential target for biotechnological applications in agriculture and medicine. The enzyme catalyzes the conversion of 2-amino-3-cyclopropane carboxylic acid into key intermediates that participate in the synthesis of important biomolecules. Due to its central role in metabolic pathways, researchers have been increasingly interested in characterizing ACMSD to understand its biochemical properties, structure, and functions better. This research is further motivated by the potential of ACMSD as a biotechnological tool for improving crop resilience and productivity, as well as developing novel therapeutic strategies for human health. The focus on recombinant protein production of ACMSD has enabled scientists to explore its functional properties in detail, providing insights that may lead to enhanced manipulation of metabolic processes in various organisms. Understanding the mechanism of action and regulation of ACMSD can open new avenues in both fundamental research and practical applications, thereby facilitating advancements in areas like metabolic engineering and synthetic biology. As such, the study of ACMSD and its recombinant protein forms stands at the intersection of several scientific fields, promising to contribute significantly to our comprehension of metabolic functions and their applications in real-world scenarios.
