Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AP3D1, or adaptor protein complex 3 delta 1, is a crucial component of the AP-3 complex, which is involved in the intracellular transport of proteins, particularly in the sorting and delivery of membrane proteins to lysosomes and other organelles. Research on AP3D1 has gained significant attention due to its role in various cellular processes, including endocytosis and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Mutations in the AP3D1 gene have been linked to several genetic disorders, notably those affecting the immune system, highlighting its importance in human health. Furthermore, understanding the precise structure and function of AP3D1 can provide insights into its mechanism of action and how it interacts with other proteins in the trafficking pathways. The generation of recombinant AP3D1 protein has opened new avenues for studying its biological functions in vitro and in vivo. This research not only enhances our understanding of AP-3 complex biology but also has potential therapeutic implications for diseases associated with AP3D1 dysfunction. By investigating the molecular dynamics of AP3D1 and its interactions, scientists aim to develop targeted strategies to manipulate its function in various pathological conditions, paving the way for innovative treatments and interventions.
