Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SERPINA3-2, also known as alpha-1-antichymotrypsin, is a protein that plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes, including inflammation and immune response. It belongs to the serine protease inhibitor (serpin) family and is primarily expressed in the liver. Studies have linked SERPINA3-2 to several pathological conditions, including chronic inflammatory diseases, cancer, and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic target. Recent research has focused on the recombinant production of SERPINA3-2 to explore its functional properties and potential applications in medicine. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce large quantities of functional SERPINA3-2, facilitating detailed studies on its structure, function, and interactions with other proteins. This recombinant approach not only enhances our understanding of SERPINA3-2's biological role but also provides opportunities for developing therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating its activity in various disease contexts. Additionally, the availability of recombinant SERPINA3-2 may aid in the development of diagnostic tools and treatments, contributing to improved patient outcomes in diseases where this protein plays a pivotal role. As research in this area advances, it is anticipated that SERPINA3-2 will emerge as a significant focus in the fields of biomedicine and therapeutic development, underscoring the importance of continued investigation into its molecular mechanisms and potential clinical applications.
