Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ADRa2C, or the alpha-2C adrenergic receptor, is a member of the adrenergic receptor family that plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of catecholamines like norepinephrine. Its study is important due to its implications in various physiological processes, including cardiovascular regulation, neurotransmission, and stress responses. Dysregulation of ADRa2C has been linked to several pathological conditions, including hypertension, depression, and anxiety disorders. The expression and signaling pathways of ADRa2C can contribute to therapeutic interventions; hence, understanding its structure and function is vital. Recombinant protein technology allows for the production of ADra2C in a controlled manner, facilitating in-depth studies of its biochemical properties and interactions. Research on this recombinant protein can elucidate its role in signaling mechanisms and potentially aid in the development of targeted treatments for related diseases, highlighting the importance of ongoing investigations in this area of molecular pharmacology.
