Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ERRb (Estrogen-Related Receptor beta) is a member of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including metabolism, reproduction, and cardiac function. Unlike classical estrogen receptors, ERRb is primarily implicated in the regulation of energy homeostasis and mitochondrial biogenesis. Its involvement in metabolic disorders and various cancers has sparked significant interest in understanding its biological functions and mechanisms of action. Research into ERRb's recombinant protein has gained traction as scientists aim to elucidate its binding characteristics, signaling pathways, and potential as a therapeutic target. The use of recombinant DNA technology enables the expression and purification of ERRb, facilitating studies on its interactions with ligands and other proteins. Additionally, ERRb's role in regulating gene expression through specific DNA response elements opens avenues for developing novel modulators. Investigating the structure-function relationship of ERRb through crystallography and biophysical methods can provide insights into its activation mechanisms and inform drug design efforts aimed at modulating its activity. Overall, the study of ERRb recombinant protein is essential for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential implications in treating metabolic and oncological diseases.
