简介
The CARHSP1 protein critically regulates post-transcriptional gene expression by binding to mRNA, affecting its stability and influencing RNA homeostasis.Furthermore, in vitro binding of CARHSP1 to single-stranded DNA demonstrates the versatility of the molecular interaction.CARHSP1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived CARHSP1 protein, expressed by E.coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The CARHSP1 protein, a member of the cytosolic RNA-binding protein family, plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including mRNA stability, translation regulation, and stress responses. Recent studies have highlighted its potential involvement in cancer biology, particularly in relation to tumor progression and metastasis, as well as in neurological disorders. The understanding of CARHSP1's structural and functional properties is crucial for elucidating its mechanisms of action within the cell. Research into CARHSP1 recombinant proteins focuses on characterizing its binding affinities, interactions with other biomolecules, and its impact on gene expression. The production of recombinant CARHSP1 can provide valuable insights into its post-translational modifications and functional relevance in cellular pathways. Additionally, exploring the pathways modulated by CARHSP1 may reveal novel therapeutic targets, positioning it as a potential biomarker or a target for drug development in oncological and neurodegenerative diseases. As such, the investigation of CARHSP1 recombinant proteins holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of cellular regulation and its implications in human health.
