Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on EVPL (Epithelial Vascular Permeability-Limiting Protein) recombinant proteins has gained significant attention due to their potential implications in understanding and treating various physiological and pathological processes. EVPL, a member of the tight junction protein family, plays a crucial role in regulating epithelial barrier integrity and vascular permeability, which are essential for maintaining homeostasis in tissues. Disruptions in EVPL function are associated with a range of conditions, including inflammatory diseases, cancer metastasis, and cardiovascular disorders. The recombinant production of EVPL allows for detailed studies of its structure-function relationships, interaction with other cellular components, and its role in disease mechanisms. Additionally, by generating EVPL in a laboratory setting, researchers can explore its potential applications in drug delivery systems and therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring barrier integrity in compromised tissues. The increasing prevalence of diseases linked to vascular permeability underscores the importance of elucidating EVPL's biological functions and therapeutic potential, positioning EVPL recombinant proteins as a critical focus for future biomedical research.
