Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SALL2, a member of the Spalt-like gene family, plays a critical role in development and cellular differentiation. It is primarily known for its involvement in regulating gene expression during embryonic development, notably in the formation of the central nervous system and other organ systems. Mutations or dysregulation of SALL2 have been implicated in various diseases, including certain types of cancer and developmental disorders. As a transcription factor, SALL2 modulates the activity of target genes, influencing cellular pathways linked to proliferation and apoptosis. Given its significance, producing recombinant SALL2 protein has become crucial for elucidating its biological functions and mechanisms. Research into SALL2 recombinant proteins allows scientists to study its structural properties, interaction with DNA and other proteins, and its role in cellular signaling pathways. This knowledge can potentially lead to therapeutic strategies targeting SALL2-related anomalies, enhancing our understanding of its contribution to health and disease. Thus, the study of SALL2 recombinant protein is not only fundamental for basic science but also holds promise for translational applications in regenerative medicine and oncology.
