Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLCB1 (Phospholipase C Beta 1) is a critical enzyme involved in phosphoinositide signaling pathways, playing an essential role in various cellular processes, including calcium mobilization, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Dysregulation of PLCB1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders, making it a significant target for drug discovery and therapeutic interventions. In recent years, researchers have focused on the recombinant expression of PLCB1 to better understand its biochemical mechanisms and functional roles in signaling pathways. Producing recombinant PLCB1 allows for the study of its structure-function relationship, interaction with other signaling molecules, and its regulatory mechanisms in the context of cellular signaling. Additionally, the availability of purified PLCB1 is crucial for high-throughput screening of small molecules that could modulate its activity, potentially leading to novel therapeutic options. As interest in the PLC family of enzymes and their signaling pathways continues to grow, the exploration of PLCB1 through recombinant technology presents valuable insights that could have far-reaching implications in biomedicine.
