稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Carbonic anhydrase 12 (CA12) is a member of the carbonic anhydrase enzyme family, which plays a fundamental role in regulating bicarbonate and pH levels in various biological systems. This enzyme catalyzes the reversible reaction between carbon dioxide and water to form bicarbonate, thus contributing to processes such as respiration, acid-base balance, and metabolic regulation. CA12 is primarily expressed in the kidney and is particularly important in tumor biology, as its altered expression has been linked to several cancers, including renal cell carcinoma. The study of CA12 as a recombinant protein has gained significance due to its potential as a therapeutic target and biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. The ability to produce CA12 in a recombinant form allows researchers to investigate its structural properties, enzymatic activity, and interactions with other biomolecules. Furthermore, understanding CA12’s role in tumor microenvironments may provide insights into its function in cancer progression and resistance to therapy. Given its importance, research on CA12 could pave the way for novel strategies in cancer therapy, making it a critical focus in biochemical and molecular studies.
