Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PKCq, or Protein Kinase C theta, is a member of the protein kinase C family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cell growth, and differentiation. It is primarily expressed in activated T cells and is integral to the immune response, particularly in the activation and proliferation of these immune cells. Dysregulation of PKCq is associated with several autoimmune diseases and cancers, making it an important target for therapeutic research. The study of PKCq recombinant proteins enables researchers to investigate its structure, function, and interaction with other signaling molecules at a molecular level. By producing PKCq in a recombinant form, scientists can explore its enzymatic activity, understand its role in T cell signaling pathways, and evaluate how it influences immune responses. Additionally, recombinant PKCq can be used to develop inhibitors that may serve as potential treatments for diseases where PKCq is implicated. This research not only enhances our understanding of PKCq's fundamental biological roles but also opens avenues for the development of novel therapies that could modulate immune responses in pathological conditions. Overall, PKCq recombinant protein studies are significant for dissecting the molecular mechanisms of T cell function and for advancing therapeutic strategies targeting immune-related disorders.
