Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PITPNM3 (Phosphatidylinositol Transfer Protein, Membrane Associated 3) is a member of the phosphatidylinositol transfer protein family, which plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and cellular signaling. This protein is known to facilitate the transfer of phosphatidylinositol and its derivatives between membranes, impacting various cellular processes, including membrane dynamics, vesicle trafficking, and signal transduction. Research has increasingly highlighted PITPNM3's involvement in several pathological conditions, particularly in cancer, where it appears to influence tumor progression and metastasis. Elevated expression levels of PITPNM3 have been associated with poor prognosis in various cancer types, suggesting a potential role as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Given its significance, scientists are focusing on the structural characterization and functional assays of recombinant PITPNM3 to elucidate its biological mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. This research not only enhances our understanding of PITPNM3's function in normal physiology but also paves the way for potential interventions in diseases where this protein is implicated. The study of PITPNM3 as a recombinant protein offers valuable insights into its biochemical properties, enabling the exploration of its role in lipid signaling pathways and its therapeutic potential in oncology. Overall, these investigations contribute to a deeper understanding of cell biology and present opportunities for novel cancer treatment strategies.
