稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RKIP (Raf Kinase Inhibitory Protein) or PEBP1 (Phosphatidylethanolamine Binding Protein 1) is a multifunctional protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, proliferation, and apoptosis. It acts as a negative regulator of the Raf-MEK-ERK signaling pathway, which is pivotal in cancer progression. The dysregulation of RKIP/PEBP1 has been linked to various malignancies, making it a potential target for cancer therapy. Additionally, RKIP/PEBP1 is involved in regulating other pathways, such as the NF-κB signaling pathway, and influences processes like inflammation and immune responses. Given its involvement in tumor suppression and cellular homeostasis, research has focused on understanding the mechanisms of RKIP/PEBP1 function and its interactions with different proteins. Moreover, the development of recombinant RKIP/PEBP1 proteins has opened new avenues for studying its structural properties, functional roles, and therapeutic potentials, especially in targeted cancer treatments. Overall, the investigation of RKIP/PEBP1 aims to elucidate its biological significance and therapeutic implications in cancer and other diseases.
