Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RCN3, also known as reticulocalbin-3, is a calcium-binding protein that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including protein folding, secretion, and calcium homeostasis. Research into RCN3 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Studies have indicated that RCN3 may be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis, suggesting a role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Its expression levels have been found to be aberrant in various cancer types, prompting investigations into its utility as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, the unique structure and calcium-binding properties of RCN3 make it an intriguing target for therapeutic interventions aimed at modulating its activity. The development of recombinant RCN3 protein is crucial for detailed functional studies and for elucidating its precise mechanisms of action in cellular contexts. By understanding the molecular pathways mediated by RCN3, researchers aim to uncover novel therapeutic strategies that could leverage its biological functions in both the treatment and diagnosis of disease. As such, the study of RCN3 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental cellular processes but also holds promise for translational applications in medicine.
