简介
The RhoA protein is a critical small GTPase that dynamically regulates multiple cellular responses by cycling between an active GTP-bound state and an inactive GDP-bound state. It mainly affects cytoskeletal organization, interacts with various effectors, and affects cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and cell cycle progression. RhoA Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived RhoA protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RhoA is a small GTPase belonging to the Rho family of proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization, cell migration, and cell cycle regulation. Dysregulation of RhoA activity has been implicated in several pathological conditions, particularly cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases. The study of RhoA and its interactions is critical for understanding its role in cellular signaling pathways. Recombinant RhoA protein is widely used in research to investigate its structural properties, function, and the effects of potential pharmacological agents. By producing RhoA in a recombinant form, researchers can obtain large quantities of pure protein for biochemical assays and structural studies. This allows for detailed analysis of RhoA activation, its binding to downstream effectors, and the mechanisms through which it modulates cellular behaviors. Additionally, investigating RhoA's role in disease states can provide insights into therapeutic approaches aimed at modulating its activity. Overall, the study of recombinant RhoA protein is essential for unraveling the complex signaling networks it governs and for the development of targeted treatments for RhoA-related diseases.
