稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of HLA-B*08:01 and β2-microglobulin (β2M) monomeric recombinant proteins is crucial in the field of immunology and transplantation medicine. HLA-B*08:01 is a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) Class I molecule that plays a pivotal role in presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells, which are essential for the adaptive immune response. The specific binding affinity and stability of HLA-B*08:01 can significantly impact immune recognition and subsequent T cell activation. β2M, a small protein that is a vital component of the MHC Class I complex, promotes the stability and expression of MHC molecules on the cell surface. By studying the structure and function of the HLA-B*08:01 and β2M monomeric recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate their biological functions, which could lead to advancements in understanding immune responses, the development of immunotherapies, and the optimization of organ transplantation protocols. This research also has implications in the study of disease associations, particularly in the context of autoimmune diseases and infections, where specific HLA alleles play critical roles in susceptibility and resistance.
