稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Glypican-1 (GPC1) is a heparan sulfate proteoglycan that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including growth factor signaling, cell adhesion, and the modulation of the extracellular matrix. Research has shown that GPC1 is implicated in several human diseases, particularly in cancer, where its overexpression is often correlated with tumor progression and metastasis. This has sparked interest in GPC1 as a potential biomarker for early cancer detection and a therapeutic target. The recombinant protein form of GPC1 is essential for studying its functional properties and mechanisms of action. By producing GPC1 as a recombinant protein, researchers can examine its interactions with other molecules, evaluate its role in cellular signaling pathways, and assess its potential use in targeted therapies or as an antigen in vaccine development. Furthermore, the understanding of GPC1's structure and function can provide insights into its role in normal physiology and pathological conditions, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies. The ongoing research into GPC1 and its recombinant forms underscores the importance of this molecule in biomedical science and its potential for clinical applications in cancer and other diseases.
