简介
TEAD3 protein is a transcription factor that plays a key role in the Hippo signaling pathway and is essential for organ size control and tumor suppression. It coordinates proliferation inhibition and apoptosis promotion through a kinase cascade involving MST1/MST2, SAV1, LATS1/2, and MOB1. TEAD3 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived TEAD3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-SUMO, N-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TEAD3 (TEA Domain Transcription Factor 3) is a member of the TEAD family of transcription factors, which play crucial roles in regulating gene expression involved in diverse biological processes such as development, cell growth, and differentiation. TEAD3, in particular, has gained attention due to its involvement in the Hippo signaling pathway, which is critical for controlling organ size and preventing tumorigenesis. Dysregulation of TEAD3 has been linked to various cancers, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The study of recombinant TEAD3 protein is vital for understanding its structural and functional properties, specifically its interactions with other proteins and its role in transcriptional regulation. Researchers utilize recombinant techniques to produce TEAD3 in vitro, allowing for detailed assays to assess its binding affinity to DNA and other cofactors, elucidating its mechanism of action. Furthermore, studying TEAD3 in a laboratory setting can provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and a target for novel treatments. As the understanding of TEAD3's functions deepens, it opens new avenues for research in cancer biology and regenerative medicine, highlighting the importance of this protein in both developmental and pathological contexts.
