Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HLA-A*02:01 is a prominent human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecule that plays a crucial role in the immune response by presenting peptide antigens to CD8+ T cells. The study of HLA-A*02:01 in conjunction with β2-microglobulin (B2M) and the Wilms' tumor antigen (WT-1), specifically the peptide RMFPNAPYL, has gained significant attention due to its implications in cancer immunotherapy. WT-1 is a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in various malignancies, including leukemia and solid tumors, making it a potential target for T cell-mediated therapy. The monomeric recombinant protein comprising HLA-A*02:01 and B2M, complexed with the WT-1 peptide, serves as an important tool for investigating T cell responses and developing therapeutic strategies. This protein model facilitates the understanding of peptide presentation and T cell activation, which are critical for designing vaccines and adoptive cell therapies aimed at harnessing the immune system against tumors. By elucidating the structural and functional dynamics of this complex, researchers can optimize immunogenicity and enhance the efficacy of treatments targeting WT-1 expressing tumors. Overall, the study of HLA-A*02:01/B2M/WT-1 (RMFPNAPYL) monomeric recombinant protein is foundational to advancing personalized cancer immunotherapies that exploit the body’s immune capabilities to combat cancer effectively.
