Claudin-18/CLDN18.2 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived Claudin-18/CLDN18.2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-8*His labeled tag. The complete sequence length is 172 amino acids. In addition to the target fragment P56856-2 (D28-L76), there are other fusion sequences that play a role in stabilizing the extracellular region.

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
