稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRAC (Protein Reassembly and Conformation) recombinant proteins have garnered significant interest in biochemistry and molecular biology due to their potential applications in various fields, including medicine, biotechnology, and fundamental research. The ability to produce functional proteins through recombinant DNA technology allows scientists to study protein structure and function in detail, enabling insights into cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Moreover, PRAC proteins can serve as valuable tools for drug development, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions, particularly in understanding complex diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The elucidation of PRAC protein folding, stability, and interaction with other biomolecules contributes to the advancement of protein engineering, paving the way for the design of novel proteins with desired properties. Consequently, ongoing research in this area focuses on enhancing the expression, purification, and characterization of PRAC recombinant proteins, as well as exploring their functional roles in biological systems. Overall, the study of PRAC recombinant proteins represents a critical intersection of molecular biology and applied science, driving innovation and discovery in both basic research and clinical applications.
