稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
AHSG, also known as Fetuin-A, is a hepatokine that plays a crucial role in various physiological and pathological processes, including metabolism, inflammation, and tissue calcification. Its primary function is to regulate mineralization and maintain calcium homeostasis in the body. Research has shown that Fetuin-A is associated with insulin resistance, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases, making it a potential biomarker for metabolic disorders. The recombinant form of this protein, AHSG/Fetuin-A, has garnered significant attention in scientific research due to its promise in therapeutic applications and as a tool for understanding disease mechanisms. By producing recombinant AHSG/Fetuin-A, researchers can investigate its effects on cellular signaling pathways and its role in modulating inflammatory responses. Additionally, understanding its interactions with other molecules can provide insights into its function in disease states. Given the increasing prevalence of metabolic disorders globally, exploring AHSG/Fetuin-A’s role may offer new avenues for therapeutic interventions and improve our understanding of complex diseases. Thus, ongoing studies about this protein encompass various facets, including its structure-function relationships, signaling mechanisms, and potential for clinical applications.
