Biological Activity
Measured by its ability to synergize with Wnt-3a to induce Topflash reporter activity in HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. The ED50 for this effect is <40>2.5×104 units/mg. Measured by its ability to synergize with Wnt-3a to induce Topflash reporter activity in HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. The ED50 for this effect is 28.27 ng/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL of Recombinant Mouse Wnt-3a, corresponding to a specific activity is 3.54×104 units/mg.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate.
