稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-2 receptor beta (IL-2Rβ, also known as CD122) plays a critical role in the immune system by mediating the actions of interleukin-2 (IL-2), a vital cytokine involved in T-cell proliferation and differentiation. The receptor is part of a multi-chain complex that includes IL-2Rα (CD25) and IL-2Rγ (CD132), forming a high-affinity receptor for IL-2, which is essential for T-cell activation and the regulation of immune responses. Research on IL-2Rβ/CD122 is pivotal due to its implications in various immunological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, cancers, and transplant rejection. Understanding the structure and function of CD122 can aid in the design of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing or inhibiting immune responses. The recombinant protein expression of IL-2Rβ/CD122 offers a valuable tool for studying its biochemical properties and interactions, serving as a potential target for drug development. Furthermore, the exploration of IL-2Rβ signaling pathways can advance our knowledge of immune regulation and the mechanisms behind immune-related disorders, providing insights into potential biomarkers for disease progression and therapeutic outcomes.
