Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Annexin A10 (ANXA10) is a member of the annexin family of proteins, which are known for their calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding properties. Research on ANXA10 has gained significance due to its potential role in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell signaling, apoptosis, and inflammation. Recent studies have suggested that ANXA10 may be involved in tumorigenesis and metastasis, particularly in gastrointestinal cancers, where its expression levels appear to be altered. The functional characterization of ANXA10 as a recombinant protein allows for the exploration of its biological activities and interactions in both in vitro and in vivo models. Investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying ANXA10's action could provide insights into its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis or prognosis, as well as a therapeutic target. Moreover, understanding the structure-function relationship of ANXA10 through recombinant protein studies may facilitate the development of novel strategies for cancer treatment and reveal its broader implications in cellular processes. Overall, ongoing research on ANXA10 and its recombinant protein is crucial for elucidating its role in health and disease, particularly in the context of oncology.
