Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SP-10/ACRV1 is a protein encoded by the ACRV1 gene, which is predominantly expressed in the testis and has been linked to various reproductive processes. Research into SP-10/ACRV1 has gained considerable interest due to its potential role in sperm fertilization and fertility, as well as in the pathogenesis of certain reproductive disorders. This protein is believed to function as an antigen that may trigger immune responses, making it a candidate for studies on autoimmune conditions related to fertility. Furthermore, SP-10/ACRV1 has been explored for its implications in assisted reproductive technologies, where understanding its molecular mechanisms could enhance outcomes for infertility treatments. Investigations have also focused on its involvement in distinctive reproductive immunology and aspects of male infertility, as well as its potential applications in contraceptive development. As such, ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise biological functions and regulatory pathways of SP-10/ACRV1, which could not only advance our understanding of male reproductive health but also lead to novel therapeutic strategies.
