Gene name
ARL2BP
-
简介
The ARL2BP protein cooperates with ARL2 to play a crucial role in the nuclear translocation, retention, and transcriptional activity of STAT3, highlighting its cellular involvement. As a potential effector of ARL2, ARL2BP forms a complex with ARL2, SLC25A6, and ARL3. ARL2BP Protein, Human (GST) is the recombinant human-derived ARL2BP protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-GST labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL2BP, or ADP-ribosylation factor-like 2 binding protein, plays a significant role in cellular processes by interacting with various proteins involved in trafficking and cytoskeletal organization. This protein has garnered research interest due to its involvement in cellular signaling pathways and potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders. Studies have shown that ARL2BP is critical for the proper functioning of the golgi apparatus and influences the dynamics of microtubules, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular architecture and transport mechanisms. Additionally, the protein’s interaction with ARL2, a small GTPase, is essential for proper cell cycle regulation and stress response. By understanding the structure and function of ARL2BP, researchers aim to uncover its roles in pathophysiological conditions, providing insights into the development of targeted therapies. Furthermore, recombinant forms of ARL2BP are being developed for experimental purposes to investigate its molecular interactions and functional contributions in greater detail. As such, ARL2BP represents a promising target for future research endeavors that seek to elucidate the molecular underpinnings of disease and identify novel therapeutic strategies.
