稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-9 receptor (IL-9R) is a critical component of the immune system, primarily associated with the signaling pathways of interleukin-9 (IL-9), a cytokine that plays a significant role in various allergic and inflammatory responses. Research into IL-9R has gained momentum due to its involvement in the pathogenesis of several diseases, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, and certain types of cancer. The IL-9/IL-9R axis is known to influence T-helper cell differentiation, particularly promoting the survival and proliferation of mast cells and enhancing the production of other pro-inflammatory cytokines. This makes IL-9R a potential therapeutic target for modulating immune responses and developing new treatment strategies for allergic diseases and malignancies. The generation of recombinant IL-9R proteins is essential for studying its biological functions, understanding receptor interactions, and screening potential inhibitors or antagonists. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of high-quality IL-9R for use in various assays, paving the way for deeper insights into its signaling mechanisms and potential clinical applications. Additionally, investigating the structural aspects of IL-9R through crystallography and molecular modeling has provided valuable information that could guide drug design efforts. As research continues, the characterization of IL-9R and its signaling pathways will further clarify its role in immune regulation and disease, highlighting the importance of this receptor in both basic and applied biomedical sciences.
