简介
CD2 Protein, a cell surface glycoprotein, plays a crucial role in T-cell activation and adhesion. It interacts with its ligand, CD58, facilitating immune responses and cell-to-cell communication. CD2 Protein is also a potential target for immunotherapy and may contribute to the development of novel treatments for immune-related disorders. CD2 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived CD2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD2, a surface protein predominantly expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, plays a critical role in the immune response by facilitating cell-cell interactions and activating lymphocytes. The study of CD2 and its recombinant protein has gained prominence due to its involvement in various immunological processes, including T-cell activation, adhesion, and differentiation. Understanding the structure and function of CD2 is crucial for elucidating its role in diseases such as autoimmune disorders, infections, and cancer. Recombinant CD2 proteins provide valuable tools for investigating these processes, allowing researchers to explore the mechanisms of immune cell signaling and interaction. Furthermore, CD2 has potential applications in immunotherapy, as targeting CD2 pathways can enhance anti-tumor responses or restore immune function in compromised systems. Consequently, the development of CD2 recombinant proteins not only aids in basic research but also holds promise for clinical applications in enhancing immune responses and developing novel therapeutic strategies.
