简介
The CD300e protein may be an activating receptor, suggesting involvement in cell signaling and immune responses. CD300e interacts with TYROBP to regulate cellular activities and coordinate immune responses. CD300e Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived CD300e protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD300e is a member of the CD300 family of receptors, which are type I transmembrane proteins involved in immune regulation. Research into CD300e has gained momentum due to its pivotal role in modulating immune responses and its potential implications in various diseases, particularly autoimmune disorders and cancer. CD300e acts as an inhibitory receptor that can dampen the activation of immune cells, such as T cells and natural killer cells. Its expression is primarily found on myeloid cells and certain lymphocytes, indicating its involvement in the myeloid lineage and in interactions between innate and adaptive immune responses. Studies have shown that CD300e engagement can influence the balance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory signals, making it a critical target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, the potential for CD300e to serve as a biomarker for specific immune conditions and its role in the tumor microenvironment highlight its significance in clinical research. Recombining CD300e protein for in vitro studies offers insights into its structure-function relationships and mechanistic pathways, ultimately aiding in the development of novel immunotherapeutic strategies. Understanding CD300e's biological functions may unlock new avenues for treatment and improve patient outcomes in various immune-related diseases.
