简介
CD300c protein, also known as CMRF35 antigen, was identified using a monoclonal antibody. It is present on immune cells like monocytes, neutrophils, and certain T and B lymphocytes, as documented by Jackson et al. in 1992. The protein is broadly expressed in various tissues, including the lung, appendix, and 19 other tissues. CD300c Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CD300c protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD300c is a member of the CD300 family of immunoregulatory receptors, which play essential roles in modulating immune responses. It is predominantly expressed on myeloid cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, and neutrophils, and is involved in the regulation of inflammation and immune tolerance. Research has shown that CD300c can inhibit cell activation and cytokine production when engaged with specific ligands, thus influencing the outcome of immune responses. The therapeutic potential of targeting CD300c has garnered interest in the field of immunology, particularly in developing strategies for autoimmune diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and infectious diseases. Moreover, understanding the molecular pathways associated with CD300c activity may unveil novel mechanisms for immune regulation. Recombining CD300c as a protein allows for in-depth analysis of its structure-function relationship, interactions with ligands, and its downstream signaling pathways. These studies contribute to the broader understanding of immune modulation and offer promising avenues for innovative therapeutic interventions.
