    1. Immobilized Human BAFF Trimer, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human BAFFR, hFc Tag with the EC50 of ≤0.14 μg/mL determined by ELISA. 2. Immobilized Human BAFF Trimer, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human TACI, hFc Tag with the EC50 of ≤8 ng/mL determined by ELISA. 3.     The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
