稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-25 (IL-25), also known as IL-17E, is a member of the IL-17 cytokine family that plays a crucial role in immune responses, particularly in promoting type 2 immunity. It is primarily produced by epithelial cells and plays a significant role in regulating the function of various immune cells, including T helper 2 (Th2) cells, mast cells, and eosinophils. The research surrounding IL-25 has gained momentum due to its involvement in allergic reactions, asthma, and other inflammatory diseases. Recent studies suggest that IL-25 can enhance the production of other cytokines, such as IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13, which are pivotal in driving Th2-mediated immune responses. Given its role in these pathways, IL-25 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for treating allergic diseases and autoimmune disorders. The development of recombinant IL-25 proteins allows scientists to explore its biological functions and investigate its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. This research not only helps in understanding the pathogenic mechanisms of various diseases but also paves the way for novel treatment strategies that could modulate immune responses by targeting IL-25 signaling pathways.
